E-Drive Stator Lift
A precise solution for dismantling electric motors
The E-Drive Stator Lift is a semi-automatic separation device that allows the stator to be removed from the axially fixed rotor while maintaining the radial air gap, thereby preparing the motor for repair. Overcoming the high radial magnetic forces without physical contact prevents surface damage to the components and thus avoids losses in efficiency.
The high rigidity of the motor-driven device, together with the versatility of the mounting grid, enables it to be used on a long-term and versatile basis for engine disassembly and subsequent reassembly.
With a separating force of up to 5 tonnes, even seized bearings or corroded shaft sections pose no obstacle during the high-precision extraction process.
Disassembly
The E-Drive Stator Lift ensures that the electric motor is positioned securely within the separation device. The rotor and stator are held in place with precision before the table is lowered in a controlled manner. This allows the rotor and stator to be separated without coming into contact with one another – while maintaining the radial air gap. This protects the component surfaces and lays the foundation for a cost-effective repair.

Repair rather than replacement
The E-Drive Stator Lift enables the repair of electric motors and avoids the need for a complete replacement. This takes the pressure off vehicle owners and generates additional repair business for garages.
Protection of sensitive Components
The rotor and stator are separated without coming into contact. In this way, the device protects the surfaces and maintains the radial air gap.
Precise and controlled Workflows
Electric height adjustment, together with centring and clamping devices, enable controlled assembly and disassembly processes. A digital separation force display and a safety shut-off function further enhance process reliability.
Versatile
The rigid, motor-driven device and the universal mounting grid allow for versatile use in the disassembly and assembly of various electric motors.
More economical and sustainable
Repairing electric motors that can be overhauled reduces costs, generates additional repair business and conserves resources – contributing to a more sustainable use of electric vehicles.
